Please consider file a formal complaint (DMCA) to Google+, I have few posts on my Google+ page about the photos she has stolen.

The complaint form: Place your mouse (cursor) on the Upper right hand corner of the post which is right across from her name. You will see the drop down arrow comes up. You will see "Option Menu > Report Spam and Abuse > a blank screen, in the middle, click on "Give us more details" in blue > Select "Copyrighted Material." Complete the Form as instructed.
Moreover, Shakuntala Devi mainly targets Asian photographers from deviantART or Facebook. Could you advise your photographer friends to visit her page (photo album) and see if you recognize any other photos which are also stolen?
